Anton Stadelmann and Hans Boog founded our company in 1980 as a two-person business. The founders recognised the potential of outsourcing and process optimisation early on, laying the foundation for long-term partnerships with major corporations.

Over the following decades, we continued to evolve and established ourselves as a reliable Swiss system supplier for complex components and finished assemblies. By today, our workforce has grown to over 100 people, including approx. 60 home-based workers.

Most of our home-based workers are women. By offering flexible working opportunities, we help them combine their professional roles with family and personal commitments. We are proud to create valuable opportunities and support women’s participation and potential in the workforce.

As part of a carefully planned succession, a dedicated management team took over the leadership of the company, further developed it with passion and guides it with vision into the future.

Today Stadelmann & Boog fulfils the highest requirements of demanding customers. We continue to advance this level through ongoing investment in personnel capabilities, modern manufacturing equipment and top-tier quality assurance standards.
